1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Roster platform at rosterroyalties.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

Roster is a music royalty management and accounting platform operated by KDYN MUSIC LIMITED. The platform allows users to generate royalty statements, manage artist accounts, track splits, and manage invoices.

Roster is a management and accounting tool only. Roster does not process, hold, or transfer payments to artists. You are solely responsible for making all artist payments based on statements generated through the platform.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Free Trial

Roster offers a 7-day free trial with full feature access. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offering at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all data you input into the platform
• Compliance with all contracts between you and your artists
• All royalty payments due to artists
• Compliance with applicable tax and employment laws
• Ensuring you have the right to upload any data to the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology within the Roster platform is owned by KDYN MUSIC LIMITED. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDYN MUSIC LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless earlier deletion is requested.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
